Weather 28/02/12

Today was an overcast day with alto stratus clouds covering the sky with 100% cloud cover. There has been a bit of precipitation today in the form of snow and freezing rain. this is caused by the winds pushing the storm system into the area and the continental polar and maritime tropical airmass is mixing to create these snowy conditions The temp has stayed fairly constant at around 20 degrees F and there is more of these conditioned for the next couple of days. The visibility on the ground is good too, there is no fog. I expect some more snow tomorrow and Thursday and snow letting up on Friday.
