Weather 26/02/12

The weather today is very dull and grey overall. There is 100% cloud cover and the wind is a strong 22 mph from the west. there is no precipitation at the moment and the clouds look like they are largely made up of water vapour so I expect some rain in the coming hours. the temperature is pretty high at the moment in the  upper 30s but the wind makes it feel colder than that. for tomorrow i expect some sunny spells but mostly stratus clouds as the moisture looks like it is going away from Eau Claire at the moment, as demonstrated by this map.
