Weather 05/01/12

We started today with quite cloudy skies before the clouds largely cleared in the middle of the afternoon. Then clouds moved in again over the evening and there have been some flashes of lightning this evening. there has been no precipitation all day the temperature has remained in the mid 60'. There has been wind from the SE for most of the day strong and dropping off. average around 8mph. This amp shows the chance of severe weather tonight. Across the rest of the USA there is some high winds in Colorado and maybe a chance of some tornadoes in that area i expect a couple more thunderstorms in Eau Claire over the next couple of days. A very interesting day today and im looking forward to watching the situations develop over the next couple of days.
