Weather 05/10/12

The weather today has been glorious sunshine all day. There has been really no clouds in the sky all day and there has been no sign of rain either. The temperature has been pretty hot all day at least 70's or maybe even low 80's.the wind has been variable all day too i would say on average the wind was blowing at around 5or 6mph form the NE. Across the rest of the USA there has been some rain on the west coast but nothing more severe and the East coast has seen some good weatehr with the clearing skies that the high pressure systems are bringing with them. 

weather 05/09/12

The weather for the penultimate day of weather blogging was rather boring. the clouds in the sky are thick and the sky has been 100% overcast almost all day. there was very little wind and there was no precipitation all day. The temperature was around high 40's. Across the rest of the USA there is a deep trough which is being pushed down by the continental polar airmass originating in Canada. there are mostly high pressure systems in the east of the country and lower pressuer in the west this shows how variable the weather can be in this country. for tomorrow i expect skies to clear up and for the sun to be shining most of the day. i hope this is the case because i have a cook out to attend! 

Weather 05/08/12

The weather today was very bright and warm all day temperatures must have been in the high 70's to 80's. There was no precipitation and the wind was blowing at around 5 or 6mph all day. There was some clouds rolling in towards the end of the day but they look like just passing clouds. I expect the weather to remain bright for the next couple of days and even stretch into the weekend

weather 05/07/12

The weather today was much like yesterday. The day started off clear and bright but by the end of the day there were overcast skies and thunderstorms with lightning and rain for the evening and night. The wind was moderately strong blowing East at 10mph. i predict more cloudy skies and the weather clearing up over the next few days.

Weather 05/06/12

Weather in Eau Claire was very overcast all day. the cloud cover was 100% and there were some rain events throughout the day.  There was minimal wind too today. overall a cloudy day where not much really happened. across the rest of the Usa there is some low pressure and this means strong winds and rain in texas where the is a large trough forming. most likely created by the continental polar air coming from Canada. More weather tomorrow!

Weather 05/05/12

The weather in Eau Claire has been very stormy for most of today conditions at the moment are very overcast although the storm has stopped and there is no precipitation at the moment. The temperature is not very hot around 50's. The  wind is not very strong also there is an Easterly wind blowing about 4mph. i expect snother storm tonight  but for the storms to subside and die out early next week.

Weather 05/04/12

The weather in Eau claire has started off sunny for the previous couple of days and as the day has progressed there have been thunder and lightning storms along with precipitation in the form of rain. The sky at the moment is becoming overcast and i expect some more storms over the course of the day. The wind at the moment is about 15 mph blowing east and there is a strong chance of the wind continuing because Eau Claire is experiencing the final days of a trough that has passed over us. i expect the weather to improve over the weekend and expect clearer skies in the next few days.
